• The player is involved in attempts to manipulate games, systems, or support staff.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.

In cases of serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited in full. Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the u9login support team. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation is complete and wagering requirements have been met.

u9login provides the platform service "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law:

• u9login's total liability to any player, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which u9login operates under its international licence. Any disputes arising in connection with this platform will be resolved through u9login's internal dispute resolution process first.

If a player is not satisfied with the internal decision, they may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the applicable international licensing terms. The decision of that regulatory body is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
